Case background

The linear guide system is a rolling guide that utilizes steel balls to wirelessly roll between the slider and the guide rail. The load platform can easily move linearly with high accuracy along the guide rail. Compared with traditional sliding guides, the friction coefficient of rolling guide can be reduced to 1/50 of the original. Due to the significant reduction in starting friction and relatively less occurrence of ineffective movements, it is easy to achieve um level feed and positioning.

Harber MIM was the best place for the above-mentioned manufacturer.Based on the actual needs of customers, we organized project research, designed special mold fixtures, tooling fixtures, inspection fixtures, and conducted comprehensive validation of the process. After several optimizations, the sample successfully passed the customer's testing in less than 2 months.
